That’s why PartnerSHIFT has two parts: a $497 monthly base fee and 10% share of new sales you make while we work together.
The revenue share is my skin in the game.
When you ask me what to do about a launch that fell flat, or send me a sales page you’re hoping will finally sell, your next sale affects my paycheck too.
If you don't make any new sales, my revenue share that month is $0. If you make $5,000, my share is $500. So your wins are my wins.
So what counts as “new sales”?
Any new sale you make while we’re working together counts. Recurring income from something you sold before November 1 or after our time together stays all yours.

We’ll meet once a month at a time that works for you. You’ll send me your numbers beforehand, and we’ll use them to figure out what deserves your attention next.
