Get Found

You’ll:

Get In Their Inbox

You’ll pick one starter lead magnet or low-ticket digital product that fits where you’re at. Then you’ll:

  • Write a focused landing page and opt-in form using my templates

​

  • Connect the form, thank-you page, and delivery so that everything runs smoothly and automatically

​

  • Draft and build a 3–5 email welcome sequence using my prompts that introduces you, builds trust, and points to the next step

BY THE END OF STEP 2:

You’ll have an easy way to get people on your email list and a trust-building email sequence delivered once they do.

STEP 3

Get Seen

You’ll:​

  • Choose 1-2 primary visibility channels and stop trying to be everywhere
     

  • Create a simple weekly content rhythm that points people to your opt-in or booking link
     

  • Set up a basic repurposing flow so one piece of content turns into multiple touchpoints​​

BY THE END OF STEP 3:

You’ll have a realistic, sustainable way to get more eyes on your stuff that doesn’t eat your whole life.

Get Booked

You’ll:

  • Create at least one compelling offer

  • Pick and set up your scheduling tool (or fix what you’ve already got)

​

  • Tie it to your calendar(s) so you’re not double-booked

​

  • Connect payments through Stripe/PayPal/etc.

BY THE END OF STEP 4:

Clients can read about your offers, book, and pay without a lot of messy back-and-forth.

Get Them Settled

You’ll:​

  • Map out your onboarding steps

​

  • Create an intake form using my question bank

​

  • Write a "what to expect" information packet or welcome video that you can reuse for every client

​

  • Automate confirmations and reminders

​

  • Add an offboarding + testimonial request workflow​

BY THE END OF STEP 5:

You’ll have an automated, white-glove onboarding system that makes clients feel supported and confident.

Get Organized

You’ll:

  • Set up a simple home base to keep all of your links, offers, and leads organized

  • Decide on a few key numbers to keep an eye on and set up a simple tracker so you can see what's working at a glance

  • Use my workflow templates to turn the things you do over and over (like onboarding a client) into short, reusable checklists you can follow—and eventually hand off when you’re ready for help

You'll know where everything is, who to follow up with, and what needs to happen next.

Wait, I have a question!

Is this live or self-paced?

Once the program launches in January, you will get access to the first step and the others will be dripped out monthly. The core curriculum will be pre-recorded so you can move through it at your own pace. Support is available through Fix It Fridays and the Q&A library.

How much time do I need each week?

Plan on 2–4 hours a week while you’re actively implementing. Some weeks it’ll be less, some more, but if you can carve out a couple of focused blocks, you can make real progress and get through the main build-out in about 8–10 weeks.

​​

What if I’ve already started setting things up?

We’ll look at what you already have, decide what to keep vs. rebuild, and plug it into the Up & Running roadmap. The point is not to throw away everything you’ve done—it’s to stop patching and start building on purpose.

What if I don’t have a website or email list at all yet?

Perfect. We’ll start from zero and get the essentials in place: a simple online home, one lead magnet, one welcome sequence, a basic visibility rhythm, and a clean booking → payment → onboarding flow.

What platforms do you teach?

The program is tool-agnostic, which means I’m teaching you the logic and flow first. Inside the lessons, you’ll see notes and examples for common tools like Kajabi, Wix, Squarespace, Systeme.io, etc., plus schedulers and email platforms. If you’re on something more unusual, the principles still apply—you’ll just be clicking in slightly different places.

I’m not very tech-savvy. Will I be able to do this?

If you can:

  • Log into your tools

  • Follow step-by-step instructions

  • Ask for help when you’re stuck

…you’ll be fine.

How long do I have access?

You get lifetime access to the curriculum, templates, and Q&A library for the life of the program. Fix It Fridays support is included for your first four months so you have focused help while you’re building.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. You’ll have 7 days from the official program start date in January to decide if it’s a fit. If you show up for that first week, go through the materials, and realize it’s not what you need, email me within those 7 days and I’ll refund your enrollment.
