You're ready to coach clients. Your business setup? Not so much.
You’re smart. You’ve got certifications, experience, and humans you genuinely want to help.

But every time you sit down to “set up your business,” you find yourself staring at:
-
Half-finished Wix or Kajabi pages that you keep rebuilding because you still hate how it looks

-
12 different tabs open for "best email platform"

-
3 calendars that don't talk to each other

-
a Stripe account you're low-key afraid of

-
a blank screen, too worried you're doing it wrong to even start

The part that keeps tripping you up?
Worrying whether everything is set up in a way that feels professional and put-together from day one.
You're overwhelmed by all the platforms, settings, and 'must-have' tools, and you just want a setup that looks clean, intentional, and completely client-ready.
So... what's stopping you?
You've heard lots of advice about what you "need" to have, but almost no one is telling you what pieces actually matter at this stage and what order to do things in.
So you second-guess every decision:
-
If I go all-in on something like Kajabi and then realize I hate it or can’t afford it, am I going to have to rebuild everything from scratch?
-
Do I really need a full ‘real’ website right now, or can I get away with something simpler for now?
-
Should I be building my website first… or my emails… or my offer… or something else entirely?
-
If I choose a ‘beginner’ tool now, is that secretly dumb and I’ll have to pay for it later?
And let's be honest—you have zero interest in turning yourself into a full-time tech expert simply to run your business.
You just want someone to show you exactly what to set up, in what order, and how to do it without creating a mess you’ll have to rebuild six months from now.

You don't need another inspirational webinar or yet-another-course that overpromises and underdelivers.
You just need the basics working so you can stop tinkering and start coaching actual people.

IMAGINE
You finally get that message you've been waiting ages for: "How do I work with you?"
Instead of awkwardly rambling or scrambling to figure out what exactly you should do next, you:
-
Send one link that takes them to a clear, simple page about what you do and how you help
-
They see a straightforward way to take the next step—join your email list, book a call, or apply
-
They join your list and immediately get a welcome email you’re proud of
-
When they book, they can pick a time, pay, and get onboarded, all while you’re out living your life

Your brilliant business stops living only in your head, your Google Drive, or your journal.
Instead, it's backed by a real, working setup that delivers the kind of customer experience you dream of.

That’s what Up & Running is here to help you build.

INTRODUCING
Up and Running
The self-paced DIY program for coaches that shows you exactly how to set up all that annoying tech—your website, email list, visibility, booking, payments, and client onboarding—to get your coaching business running in as little as 6 weeks.

By the end, you won’t just have a way for people to find and book you.
You'll have a clear, simple, and professional customer experience so that you can focus on what you're best at: making an impact.
In fact, you'll leave with:
A simple, professional website that clearly shares who you help, how you help, and exactly what to do next.
A lead magnet and welcome email sequence that greet new subscribers, build trust, and guide them toward working with you.
A visibility plan that fits your life and keeps new people finding you and your offers on repeat.
A polished booking and payment flow that feels effortless on their end and organized on yours.
A repeatable onboarding experience that helps every new client feel supported, taken care of, and excited from day one.
A clear command center for your business where your most important links, offers, and leads live, making it easy to stay organized and move projects forward.
What Makes Up & Running Different
You’ll never be told to “journal on your ideal client” for three weeks before taking action.
Instead, this program is built to help you MOVE. The focus is on concrete steps, like:
-
What are we building?
-
Why does it matter right now?
-
And how exactly how do I do it?

The focus is on implementation,
not theory
When (not if) something breaks or doesn’t behave, you’ll find short videos in the Q&A library for things like:
-
Email didn’t send
-
Booking link shows the wrong availability
-
Something in Kajabi/Wix/etc. updated and moved a button
You won’t have to dig through a forum hoping someone answered your exact question three years ago.

And if there isn't already a video to help you, that's exactly what Fix It Fridays are for.
It plans for tech freak-outs (and has a solution)
I get it—you’re not trying to become an IT specialist. You just want your stuff to work and to be able to update it without needing to hire someone.
That's why you’ll get:
-
Straight-to-the-point lessons
-
Simple “recipes” to get things set up that you can easily follow along with
-
Clear guidance for your tools (Kajabi, Wix, Squarespace, etc.).
It's built for the tech-tired, not tech-obsessed
If you’ve been losing hours to “maybe I need a podcast first?” and “should I move everything to a different platform?”, this program will save your sanity.

Here, we start with your goals, and then choose the tools and systems that support them. That way, you've got a strong foundation and a clear path forward without getting caught up in all the distractions.

And if you need more support deciding on what strategies are best for you, the VIP package includes 1:1 calls with me and even a custom 12-month Empire Map!
It keeps you out of analysis paralysis & shiny-object syndrome
LET'S BREAK IT DOWN
Up & Running is laid out in 6 steps that build on each other. Inside, you'll find:
-
Short, focused video lessons
-
Templates and swipe copy for your website, emails, and more
-
Tech walkthroughs for popular tools (Kajabi, Squarespace, Wix, etc.)
-
4 months of Fix It Fridays: submit your questions anytime and get video answers each week
-
Checklists and quick self-audit guides so you know when you're ready to move on
-
Lifetime access to all lessons, templates, and the Q&A library
STEP 1
Get Found
You’ll:
-
Clean up or build a simple website (Home, About, Work With Me, Contact) that clearly explains who you help, how you help them, and how to take the next step

-
Draft clear, compelling copy using my templates

-
Run your website through a self-audit checklist to make sure it is optimized to turn clicks into clients
BY THE END OF STEP 1:
You’ll have a live website that clearly explains who you help, what you do, and how to take the next step

STEP 2
Get In Their Inbox
You’ll pick one starter lead magnet or low-ticket digital product that fits where you’re at. Then you’ll:
-
Write a focused landing page and opt-in form using my templates

-
Connect the form, thank-you page, and delivery so that everything runs smoothly and automatically

-
Draft and build a 3–5 email welcome sequence using my prompts that introduces you, builds trust, and points to the next step
BY THE END OF STEP 2:
You’ll have an easy way to get people on your email list and a trust-building email sequence delivered once they do.
STEP 3
Get Seen
You’ll:
-
Choose 1-2 primary visibility channels and stop trying to be everywhere
-
Create a simple weekly content rhythm that points people to your opt-in or booking link
-
Set up a basic repurposing flow so one piece of content turns into multiple touchpoints
BY THE END OF STEP 3:
You’ll have a realistic, sustainable way to get more eyes on your stuff that doesn’t eat your whole life.

STEP 4
Get Booked
You’ll:
-
Create at least one compelling offer

-
Pick and set up your scheduling tool (or fix what you’ve already got)

-
Tie it to your calendar(s) so you’re not double-booked

-
Connect payments through Stripe/PayPal/etc.
BY THE END OF STEP 4:
Clients can read about your offers, book, and pay without a lot of messy back-and-forth.
STEP 5
Get Them Settled
You’ll:
-
Map out your onboarding steps

-
Create an intake form using my question bank

-
Write a "what to expect" information packet or welcome video that you can reuse for every client

-
Automate confirmations and reminders

-
Add an offboarding + testimonial request workflow
BY THE END OF STEP 5:
You’ll have an automated, white-glove onboarding system that makes clients feel supported and confident.

STEP 6
Get Organized
You’ll:
-
Set up a simple home base to keep all of your links, offers, and leads organized

-
Decide on a few key numbers to keep an eye on and set up a simple tracker so you can see what's working at a glance

-
Use my workflow templates to turn the things you do over and over (like onboarding a client) into short, reusable checklists you can follow—and eventually hand off when you’re ready for help
BY THE END OF STEP 6:
You'll know where everything is, who to follow up with, and what needs to happen next.
PLUS Personalized Support
Up & Running is designed for you to implement at your own pace—but you’re not doing it alone.
For your first four months, you’ll have access to Fix It Fridays.
All week long, as you’re implementing, you can submit questions about the lessons or tech snags.

Then, every Friday, I’ll answer your questions on video and add those answers to a searchable database by topic and tool.

That way, you get personalized help while you’re actually building, without needing to find a time for a live call or sit on Zoom for 60 minutes waiting for your turn.

After those 4 months are up, you'll still keep access to the full Q&A archive, including any updates, as well as all the program materials.

Hi, I'm Marci
BUSINESS COACH + BEHIND-THE-SCENES WIZARD
I’ve spent years inside coaching businesses where the coach is brilliant and has an incredible vision of how she can serve, but she's overwhelmed with getting all of the tech pieces of her business built in a way that she can actually go out and serve those clients.
That’s why I created The Shortcut, my done-for-you service where I go into your tools and build everything for you.

It works beautifully—but not everyone is ready to invest at that level yet.

So Up & Running is the do-it-yourself version with my frameworks, templates, and “here’s exactly what to do next” guidance PLUS support while you implement so you're not left trying to figure it all out on your own.
You don’t need to turn into a total tech nerd like me.
You just need the right structure and support to get your business side set up properly once and for all.

This is for you if...
You have a good idea of who you want to help and how, but you don't have a clean, professional backend yet
You've tried to set up a lead magnet, website or funnel before, hit one confusing setting, and quietly abandoned the whole thing
You've lost hours Googling "best email platform" or "should I switch to Kajabi / Squarespace / etc" instead of actually getting anything live
You're willing to do the work if someone gives you clear steps, templates, and a place to ask questions while you implement
It's not for you if...
You want someone to build it all for you (that's what The Shortcut is for)
You already have a solid website, email list, booking and onboarding flow and just want advanced scaling strategies (if so, let's talk!)
Are hoping for a magic button that will build your business without having to make decisions or take action
So what are you waiting for?

Includes everything in the Up & Running program, PLUS:

-
4 private 60-minute calls with me over 16 weeks
 -
4 asset audits. Send me things like your home page, welcome emails, sales page, etc. and I'll give you honest, actionable feedback.
 -
Your custom 12-Month Empire Map. During our final call, we’ll co-create a plan for your next year, including what offers, projects, and visibility moves to make to crush your goals.
Wait, I have a question!
Is this live or self-paced?
Once the program launches in January, you will get access to the first step and the others will be dripped out monthly. The core curriculum will be pre-recorded so you can move through it at your own pace. Support is available through Fix It Fridays and the Q&A library.

How much time do I need each week?
Plan on 2–4 hours a week while you’re actively implementing. Some weeks it’ll be less, some more, but if you can carve out a couple of focused blocks, you can make real progress and get through the main build-out in about 8–10 weeks.

What if I’ve already started setting things up?
We’ll look at what you already have, decide what to keep vs. rebuild, and plug it into the Up & Running roadmap. The point is not to throw away everything you’ve done—it’s to stop patching and start building on purpose.

What if I don’t have a website or email list at all yet?
Perfect. We’ll start from zero and get the essentials in place: a simple online home, one lead magnet, one welcome sequence, a basic visibility rhythm, and a clean booking → payment → onboarding flow.

What platforms do you teach?
The program is tool-agnostic, which means I’m teaching you the logic and flow first. Inside the lessons, you’ll see notes and examples for common tools like Kajabi, Wix, Squarespace, Systeme.io, etc., plus schedulers and email platforms. If you’re on something more unusual, the principles still apply—you’ll just be clicking in slightly different places.

I’m not very tech-savvy. Will I be able to do this?
If you can:
-
Log into your tools
-
Follow step-by-step instructions
-
Ask for help when you’re stuck
…you’ll be fine.

Up & Running is built for people who feel “out of their depth” with tech, not for developers. And if something breaks, you’ve got Fix It Fridays and the Q&A library to lean on.

How long do I have access?
You get lifetime access to the curriculum, templates, and Q&A library for the life of the program. Fix It Fridays support is included for your first four months so you have focused help while you’re building.

Do you offer refunds?
Yes. You’ll have 7 days from the official program start date in January to decide if it’s a fit. If you show up for that first week, go through the materials, and realize it’s not what you need, email me within those 7 days and I’ll refund your enrollment.
You’ve spent enough time “getting ready”
You’ve proven you care about this. You wouldn’t be this far down the page if you didn’t.

So, you can keep:
-
Googling how to set everything up
-
Getting lost in settings and half-finished pages
-
Downloading more freebies that you’ll never implement

Or you can follow a clear, step-by-step path to set up the core pieces once, on purpose—so your coaching business stops feeling like an idea and starts running like something real.

Up & Running is that path.
